i think my backlight may be messed up

By backlight i mean behind the menu/home/back/search buttons. Does anyone elses look like this? I don't remember it being this bad when i first got it.

Yeah, i was kind of thinking it was going to need to be returned. Sucks cause everything is just as i want it now.

I talked to VZW last night around 7pm, they told me they were shipping out a refurb. My wife told me it arrived this morning at 9:30am.

Me, personally, at this point I'd be surprised if it was a refurb and not new. I also know that I would demand new. It may take talking to someone higher up, but that should be a no-brainer.

I have exactly the same issue... Pretty sure it was not like that in the beginning... Also noticed there is more backlight bleed from these buttons into the lower half of the display... Just called and they are shipping a replacement out tomorrow...

Well, this is what they sent me. Still haven't gotten my hands on it yet, i've been out of town for some training. I have to wait to tomorrow afternoon before i can check this one out.

Well hopefully everything works out for you. Sucks when you get a new device and get all giddy to use it just to know its defective and have to send it back in

Everything seems to be good with the new phone. Just sucked having to set everything up again.

hmm, mine does the same thing. With the battery being hit or miss, it seems, and mines a hit, I'm not sure I want to return it.
