I need to replace the USB charging port

Hi gang.

Has anyone ever replaced the USB charging port? Mine is all loosey goosey and the cord keeps falling out. I have located a source for the connector and bought the tools and have viewed the teardown videos. Motorola Droid RAZR Teardown - iFixit

The parts are really tiny, and I'm pretty sure my 40W soldering iron isn't up to the task. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any tips?
