I need some help please

Hi

I just bought a used Note 4 from the UK. I live in Ireland.

I don't know a lot about any phones . I always buy them because I like the look of them

This phone is working great but it has a lot of AT&T stuff on it.

My question to you is this.........

If I restored the Note 4 to factory settings will it work ok in Ireland?

Restoring it to factory settings will still leave all of the AT&T stuff on it as it seems to be an AT&T variant. All resetting would do is delete all of the downloaded apps and files... It should still work the same.... To remove the stuff you are talking about you would need to root the phone and delete system apps which I don't know much about when it comes to international phones.

This is the best of my knowledge as I understand your question.
