I can't send an email

Help! It wont send email! I can receive but when I compose & push send...no one recieves it! I am getting fed up with this dx! It is not rooted

I had the same problem and finally installed Touchdown. It is a shame that this phone, as great as it is, can't seem to get email figured out.

Not being able to send emails is almost always a result of having the wrong settings. It is quite often having the wrong port listed. For example; Cox blocks the port that is normally used (25) and you must list the outgoing port as either 487 (or something like that). Google your carrier and "outgoing port " and you should get some ideas.
