you didn't answer the question. how can the delay be because the phone is not ready when it is on backroom shelves and obviously warehouse shelves? it must be another reason.. like apple or... whatever...

Whar part of this is strange.. @ $750 a chargeback for an Iphone if it gets returned VZW won't be releasing the bolt until after the initial launch devices are outside of the return window.

It's technically rotten fruit causing the delays...

Hopefully that's big enough to read. Had to use an internet photo editor to black my last name out, which made the picture smaller than original.

First question that you can't see was just asking when the ThunderBolt is going to be released from Best Buy. The rest you can see for yourself. Not sure how many Kim/Kimberlys are working at Best Buy ;)[/QUOTE]

@want a droid

Haha, you got same chick I did, I just removed 'berly' from her name in case she sues us for plastering her chat all over the place. :)
CRAP, secrets out now, gonna have to use the $$ I was going to use for the thunderbolt to hire a lawyer.

While I want this phone BAD.....I won't worry over things I have no control over.

I will wait for the next raint day, here in the north east, as everone knows....

Just seems surprising to me that we are two weeks out from 2/24 and there is nothing official from Verizon.

My guess is that they are thinking the Android community is already on board and there are a minimal amount of additional folks who would be suddenly swayed to pick the phone out if they did a campaign on it.

Now, the less than stellar iPhone situation today may change their minds...

You don't have any right to say that iphone 5 will/won't have lte. Unless ur steve jobs.

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums App

You don't have the right to tell me I don't have the right when clearly I do. My comments are of course based on countless talking heads (analysts) but also based on historical data from Apple products. iPhone 1 launched with Edge, iPhone 2 3G, iPhone 3 3G (again), iPhone 4 (3G yet again), iPhone 5 (still going on 3G, maybe a quasi bullshiz 4G that AT&T calls 4G when its 3.5G).

I just got tired of their historical trends of making the newer devices have slight variations in the proprietary connector that they won't work with accessories.

Raptor...you could very well be right...perhaps she wont have LTE capabilities. But the last I heard it was going to have LTE with a NFC and dual core...where I got this info was from a apple fanatic who eats this stuff like sunflower seeds and then dumps out busted seed shells and sharp wisdom...So I could be very wrong, in fact I have read nothing about the new ipad or the new iphone so your word may very well be more concrete than mine.

But it could have all of those things. And I think that you have rights to say it...and Im sure the other guy was just busting your chops alittle. I think hes making more of a stab at apple than he is you...saying "What Steve Jobs says...goes"...just my take on it...

First let me say my reply was meant and humor and not outrage. Second, anything is possible with Apple, my comments are only perceptions based on apple's historical path.

That said after having too many iPod's, iPod Touch's, iMac's, MacBook, MacBook Pro's and iPhone 4 (lots of each, and 1 iPhone 4) I sold off everything except my 6G iPod and my MacBook Air. I am no longer buying into apple's mobile technology.

In any case, we could all be right, wrong, or living a virtual life :icon_ banana:dancedroid:blackdroid::greendroid:dancedroid:icon_ banana: :)

haha I got a Kimberly too. Probably like three people running the whole chat service lol

Well it's not a voice. Probably just have everyone talk under the same name.

Except she has told everyone the same thing, which is still worthless cause she said the phone would have been available today, and we know that's not even close to right. Usually chat support carries multiple chat boxes at same time, so not a longshot it's the same person. But still, doesn't matter cause no official release date.

looks like verizon might have to come out with something to take the news away from the lackluster sales of the iphone. Of course att offering the iphone for $50 might have had alot to do with that too.
Maybe they will release news on the thunderbolt tomorrow.
