HTC Thunderbolt Release Date

I , like everyone else on the thread can't wait for this phone . I just got the X in October and have returned 4 of them because of constant power cycling so instead of going for a 5th X , I'm getting this . I too have been waiting patiently for a actual date and everyone has good theories for the delay , but the bottom line is this . . . It will be here when it gets here . VZW hasn't given a date so no promises have been broken . Best Buys ad says coming soon so no commitment from them either . My only hope is that the next weather related phone , when it finally does release , isn't a drizzle like the original Storm , which in my opinion , was an epic failure .

I just check my local best buy's ad for 2-20 2-26 and it lists the tbolt

Not sure if you've been missing in action somewhere, but you might have guessed that the ad has been discussed here ad nauseum for the last few days.

I've seen the ads, I'm just pointing out what my local BB is showing that's all. Nothing new that hasn't already been reported.

Just a quick question. Has anyone noticed the info that sprint has released about it's next best thing coming on the 24th? This is just speculation but I think based on all of the info that sprint is announcing the iph@ne on their network and big red will make use of this to say "the iph@ne is old news, look at this shiney new 4g phone we have " Like I said this is only my thought and makes sense to me.

Now that everyone is jumping off the 24th bandwagon, I wonder what the next target date will be. Will everyone continue to flame Verizon on Facebook? Will the suspense ever die down? Tune in next week I suppose.

You know what? Screw this. I am unsubscribing from this and other threads on the other forums. I am tired of wasting my time putting my life on hold waiting for official word from Verizon through unofficial sources about the release date. I know that I chose to do this with my time, and now I am choosing differently how I am to spend my time with this issue.

Wake me up when it gets released.
