I honestly don't believe the latest 28th rumor at all. It would make no sense. There is nothing that would be wrong now that they could somehow fix in those extra 4 days, and on top of that, the blog that posted it doesn't show a shred of proof. I think they are just trying to see how fast they can make a rumor spread. Also none of the more major Android blogs are picking it up as far as I can tell.

Droid life did post it, but all that they said was that other sites are reporting it. Here we go again...we shall see.

It is, insiders on the BB and VZW side makes me happy
hopefully they can keep things straightened out and they said there is a possibility of BB having it the 21st.
