Was grazing the web pastures and I came across this article about a guy that seems to be writing flash into a ROM to allow skype video

Is this legit? I wonder if the flash player will work with anything else, or just skype. I never heard of the SuperHero ROM. the link above has an update.zip link included which i just downloaded. Has anybody else heard of this guy or tried his ROMs?
