HTC Incredible Camcorder Crash

My Incredible keeps crashing whenever i try to use the video camera, no idea why.

this is my first android phone so its really confusing, im not a stupid person but step by step directions would be most useful, research on google has led me to believe it has something to do with the radio update, that i cant seem to find, also, my phone has been flashed to work with Cricket wireless, and i dont want to have to reset the phone back to default, or anything like that, or ill have to pay to have it reflashed, if anyone could help me that would be awesome.

Droid Incredible camera not working.

I'm having the same problem! I've also noticed that the gallery app freezes and crashes at the same time. The only things I've done that I can think of that may be a potential problem is:

Used non-stock charges (I'm not a firm believer that this is a problem)

Or

Moved apps to/from SD card

Any ideas?

This will be my second device replaced for this problem. I'd like to find out what's causing it.
