htc email client automatically deletes mail

I have a droid incredible. using HTC stock email client for my business, pop account. My email messages automatically delete every few days?? been looking for solution for a while now. Please help???


Please dont tell me to use k9 or anything else like that, just looking for an answer using htc mail, if there is one? please help?
