My name is Dave and I am the proud father of a Motorola Droid (gift from my son when he upgraded to a Droid X). This is my first droid and I am having a blast with it.
Rooted this past weekend and have been playing with several new roms. My favorite so far is Liquid Gingerbread v1.42. Been pimping it out something fierce. I am amazed at how much faster and peppy it is than the stock rom it came with.
Anyway, pleasure to meet you all and look forward to any advice or recommendations on roms you all enjoy using.
