How to watch tv on a droid x

After downloading the upgrade and installing flashplayer I thought I could watch tv on my droid x. I can watch abc, but not fox because they use HTML5 and not hulu either because they dont like adroids. Is there anyway to watch tv and movies without jumping through a million hoops-this is ridiculous.

I did not see an app called live tv in the market...it that the name and who is the developer....never mind found it
