How to upload Vine videos?

I just installed the Vine app on my Droid 4 and can't figure out how to upload videos. The camera function has no record or upload buttons that I can see.

Also, the app won't load videos from others that I want to view at all. Is their server down right now?

Vine's site is useless.

top right corner of your screen is a camera button. press that and brings you to the record screen. Here you just hold the screen and it will record as long as you are holding down.
