Video Zoom?

I can't zoom using the video camera pre-installed with my droid. Is there another video app out there that can zoom? Also, every time I try to upload a video to you tube the droid tells me the file is to large. Is there anyway to get around that. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm not so sure that you can zoom on the video camera, but you can with the picture camera
