How to unzip update file Blur_Version.XX.XX.XX.XXXXX.Xxx.en.US.zip

I need radio.img from this update(Motorola Admiral, can't find SBF firmware), but all files in archive are encrypted(different). How I can unzip this?

I find 7-zip works wonders for extracting hard-to-extract .zip files

It'll actually open just about any type of archive you can think of.

I can unzip (winrar, 7-z does not matter), but the files in the archive are encrypted
