how can i unzip .7z files using astro

He i have game files in .7z format that i need in .zip to play on my snes emulator. does anybody know how i can unzip them using astro file manager? ive heard i dont needto upload them to my computer to do it any help?

You need to do it on a computer with 7zip, google it
