How to take Screen Shots on my Pro ??

I can't figure out how to take screen shots on my DPro. Does anyone know if this possible and if so, can you walk me through it?

Unless they've changed it, I think your phone needs to be rooted to do so, I mean that's how it was when I had my pro but that was about a year ago. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

There's a slick app that I use (which doesn't require rooting) called MyPhoneExplorer:

It may be more than you need, but you might find it easier to install/configure.
