How to set notification volume per contact ?

I'm looking for an app that can set a sepprate ringtone and volume for a SMS I get from a specific number . I know some apps that can assign a specific notification sound per contact , but none of those can set a separate volume level .

volume level? oh gosh dont know any app that can do that. if u find out, pls share with the forum.

I've never heard of an app that has separate volume control per contact, would be a nice app.

I don't think there is such thing yet. But maybe a developer out there will see this thread and start on the idea.
