How to sell a DROID?

I want to sell my DROID so I can move up to the iPhone (only kidding)
So I can buy a DROID X
What do I need to do to prepare the phone? Do I delete the files from the miniSd card?

What do you think a 3 month old DROID with Docking Station is worth? Ebay has them from $175 to $300 used
