How to recover pics/vids from broken DINC?

A few weeks ago, I dropped my old DINC and the screen SHATTERED. It won't even power up now, but is there ANY way I can have all the pics and bids recovered (ie send or taking it in somewhere).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Im in the same boat. I will boot up but it gets stuck on the droid eye and then reboots again
