How to pair Droid 3 with Motorola H270?

I just bought a Droid 3 which I'm very happy with, & I just bought a Motorola H270 Bluetooth to go with it,
I followed the instructions exactly as written in the Booklet and nothing happens!

My Droid 3 can't seem to find any Earpiece when doing a search...

I solved my own Problem!

Oddly enough both my Wife and I thought I received a defective Bluetooth H270, so before packing it up and returning to sender I decided to try and recharge the unit one more time, that solved the problem!

Apparently when I first charged the Bluetooth H270, the Blue LED light stayed on all the time, even if the unit was turned OFF!

After recharging it the light stayed off until it was turned on, so I tried to pair it with the Phone... and this time it worked!

Hopefully this will help anyone else who encountered the same problem as I did...
