How to flash MR2 radio?

I'm pretty sure i am on the MR1 radio, since the CM7-RC1 for MR1 is the only rom that currently works for me.

How do i go about flashing the MR2 radio? I have tried googling it, but i really cannot find a definitive guide/explanation anywhere.

thanks

Download your MR2 radio update if you already haven't. You can find the MR2 and MR2.5 here [RADIOS]MR2 and MR2.5 radios - xda-developers. Place the radio update zip file on the root of your SD card and make sure to name it PG05IMG. Power off the phone and upon powering it up again, how the volume down key along with the power button to get into hboot mode. Your phone will automatically prompt you to install the radio.

The above instructions are correct. The only thing I would add is that when you are done flashing the radio either rename it for future use or delete it from your sd card. If you don't rename it and you ever go into Hboot it will always automatically want to install it again.

I have kept the different radios on my card in case I needed them. I just add MR2....whatever in front of the PG05IMG. (MR2PG05IMG)

If I'm not using a rooted TBolt will this wipe the phone?

You shouldn't do this if you're not rooted.
