How do you email video files?

Every time I try to email a file, it says attachment too large. Are there any alternatives available to upload the file using my data connection? I'm nowhere near an open wifi spot and I don't have my USB cable with me.

anyways...figured it out. I downloaded the Dropbox app. Worked great!
