How Do You Delete Ringtones?

This seems simple enough but I find it very hard. When you download a ringtone off of a Soundboard where does it go on your Droid? Many times Ive synced the phone up to my computer, thought I deleted the ringtone and found I still had it. How do you delete ringtones that you download from Soundboards?

well, i dont know from experience, but i would assume that each soundboard has its own folder that it puts the sound file into. i had the starcraft soundboard and it had all the sounds i made into ringtones in one folder, so i'd guess that if you deleted the sound files from there, they would go away.
