How do you carry your cell phone?

Men - How do you carry your cell phone when:
You wear a suit?
Every day occasions?

I'm looking at getting a 5.5" phone but not sure if the holster idea is okay or what. Thanks

With a suit: front right pocket of suit jacket and or front right pocket of my slacks.
Everyday occasions:
During the work week it goes in the side pocket of my backpack which is used to carry my laptop, wallet, water bottle, etc.
On the weekends or in the evening, it goes in my back pocket.
In the car (depending on how long the drive is) it goes in the middle console cup holder, or this holder.

Wow, this is actually a very insightful thread.

Me: I'm a pocket guy. I do keep my Nexus 6 in a wallet-style case because I love getting rid of my overbulged wallet and carry a couple cards that I absolutely need.

I keep it in my left jacket pocket while wearing a suit and in my back pocket while wearing pants.

While in the car it lives on the built in Qi charger and when I am in the house it stays on the bar counter top.

Suit: Left front inside jacket pocket.

Pants/shorts: Left front pocket.

I never have any problem with either location for my Note 4. While I understand how it can be useful for some, I am 100% anti-holster. :)

Yep. I used to be pro-holster for some time. I was under the naive belief it looked professional until I started working for Apple and noticed those who did have holsters stood out A LOT and it seems they were always distracted and that CLICKING NOISE! Do you have to do it every five SECONDS!!!!?!??! (not anything against holster peeps but just those who are annoying about it)

Agreed, the last time I used a holster was with my OG Moto Razr. All of my phones since then have been smartphones and too large (IMO) for a holster. I understand how it can be convenient for some though.

My Note 4 is usually in my purse.....If I do not have my purse with me then n my front right pocket if I am wearing a jacket....if I am not wearing a jacket it is usually in my back right pocket.
