How do I view the files on my phone

Hi guys, I was wondering if there was a way to find out which files are where on my phone. For instance what is on the SD card as opposed to the internal storage?

Astro is a good choice.

If you're rooted Root Explorer is definitely the way to go, otherwise another vote for Astro

ES File Explorer is also really good, I have that and Astro on my droid
