how do i unroot 2.1?

I'm rooted I would like to go back to stock for froyo plz help. I have bb v1.0 and clockwork mod recov I want to be unrooted 2.1

Just go to the backup copy of 2.1 you should have made before you flashed your current rom. You should be able to go into Sprecovery Wipe factory reset and or run your android backup or Clockwork mod if you have Rom manager

That will get you back to 2.0.1 (less you can find a 2.1 update) then just run the manual 2.1 update.
