How do I turn off E-mail fetching option?

I just found out that I can use Email push it will turn on but turns off. It says my email accounts are setup using Fetch method, so in the menu I selected manually and that still doesn't disable it so I can use the real time Push for my email accounts.

I guess I need some answer,

I have found not all email accounts can do it.
open your email, click the menu button then account settings. If your email is setup for it the option should be under email delivery or something similar

OP, what e-mail provider are you using? like nu2droid said, not all providers support push.
