How do I retain my levels or achievement in some games/aps from old phone

I just got my Bionic and almost every app transfered over from one phone to the other through my account. I noticed that some apps no longer have any of my data saved.
I also noticed some of my games Robodefense basically is having me start all over like I just installed the app. Is there anyway to get my levels/achievements from my old phone on the same app with my Bionic?
