How do I Rename Downloaded Files

Is there an easy way to rename files (photos in particular) that I have downloaded? (with SD still in PHONE)
I know I can do it from the PC if I pull the card etc.
I have ASTRO installed and wanted to move some pics FROM the D/L folder to another folder -- but the file names are the same as others that I've already moved. (download-1, download-2 etc)
I cant seem to find an option to rename the existing file names from within the phone or Astro.
I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.

Press and hold on the file you want to do something with. A menu will appear.

DUH!!! Long press....I knew it was something simple -- I kept trying to use the menu button and couldnt get a rename option to appear.
