how do i recover my last working state

I thought that I would do a little cleaning on my phone and went into application manager and performed a clear cache and clear data on all of the apps. Long story short I would like to go back to about 5 minutes before. Or whenever. All of the apps seem to be back to their default settings I.e. browser looks different and acts differently, meridean will not pull my music, all of the notification sounds are different. Just a few examples. Had the phone how I wanted it now this sucks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched but maybe overlooked. Thanks.

Unless there's an option in the cache cleaning app to undo, you're out of luck.

If you aren't rooted with a backup, this just isn't possible.
