How do I install this rom?

I came across a rom everyone is saying is the smoothest and nicest. The DarkSlide 4.1 rom. I already have the apex rom on my X. And i am still new to all of this. Just rooted my Droid X a month ago. How do I install this rom with the apex rom already running? and does any one know where I can download the DarkSlide 4.1 theme? Thanks alot guys!! :biggrin::icon_ banana:
