Through the Market I purchased the theme 'HD Theme: Droid X' by Rosa. On the sample screen shot, it looks like this:
I downloaded it, and I only have a few icons that have changed to the red theme. Here's what I have:
I'm sure they don't have a red icon for everything out there, but the Gallery and Camcorder ones are definitely different than what I have after my theme was downloaded.
