how do i disable ota 2.2...dont wanna lose root/rom

I heard if I just say yes clockwork will block it and it'll go away...I just wanna make sure I don't wanna deal with losing my phones setup right now running ultimatedroid(yes even though its df blasphemy I just tried it n its great) n root...what do I do its killin my bat
