How can you make a phone that was flashed to PagePlus work for Verizon again?

I have a Droid Razr Max and had it flashed to work for PagePlus.....now I have decided to say screw it and go to Verizon, what/how do I get the phone back to normal so I can take it in to be activated on Verizon?

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but I did search in this area and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Any help would be amazing.
