How can I prevent this?

At least once a day I get this message in a pop up window on my RAZR Maxx running JB:

"Allow null to access internet sharing service? Yes; No; Always allow?"

I know it is something I do not want to do even though I don't know what it is. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

When I Googled it I saw that this has been ask before but never answered . Maybe I overlooked it.

Did you install and app to assist with tethering? Sounds like that type of error.

The phone came with a tethering app but it is a company phone and that is disabled by Verizon. We have MiFi mobile hot spots for internet in the field.

MiFi is good. I use it at times for my tablet and in meetings where we can't connect to local WiFi. But I'm sorry to say that I have nmo idea what app that could be coming from.
