How can I get my palm data to my Droid

Good afternoon all. I am interested if anyone has an easy way for me to get all my Palm Desktop version 4.2.1 from my iMac onto the Droid without to many issues? Any information would be helpful at this time. Thanks for your time and attention to this matter.

I use a Mac but I switched from an iPhone and my contacts etc were in Exchange so my switch was easy.
