Hotspot won't work!

This worked before, and now not. I did the update the other night, maybe related? I can connect to the house wireless no issue. When I connect to the phone hotspot it shows up in network list, says connected, but no devices in the connected devices list on the phone and no IP on the computer and obviously no internet connection.

Really annoying grrr
