Hotmail issues

So occasionally when I reply to someone via Hotmail on my X, the email just sits in the outbox folder and never actually sends. I go to the sent folder and its not there. Again, it just sits in the outbox. What's up with this? Thanks in advance

There doesn't seem to be an option to forward my hotmail emails to other users from my Droid X. Is this normal? Does anyone know how to do it?
