horde mail account

Hi there, I just got my first Droid Razr and am trying to link it with my horde mail account (work account). Can't figure out how to do it.

I go to my accounts - add account - corporate sync

Then it asks for the email address & password

Then it asks for the following;

Domain
Password
Username
Server
Proxy

Obviously password and username are not a problem, but where do I find the other information? What format is it to be entered in?

Any help would be appreciated.
