Been running chevy's 4.7

Updated to 4.8 early this morning

did not wipe and got forced closed issues

wiped 3 times and put an older nano backup and everything worked

wiped 3 times and reloaded 4.8

lost rom manager but still can get into sprecovery

Plug phone into pc and all it does is boot. battery is full

Put on charger phone charges shows full battery

Can not access market due to forced closures and can not dl from internet

Need some help figuring out how the heck I am going to either dl a rom,get rom manager on phone to get a new rom, or dl chevy's fix.

Any ideas or help would be greatly apprceiated

i think I figured it out. If i use a micro sd card reader i should be able to dl it from my pc onto the card put the card into the phone then boot into SPRecovery and install.

Will post tonight if it worked or not

I know there was an issue with the nonthemed version of 4.8 I think chevy has since resolved it. If thats what you tried I would go with the themed version and see how that works.

got it working. loaded sd card into card reader and put the rom on that way
