Homescreen Contact picture

I just got my Droid X yesterday and have been learning all the stuff it can do. I have set a few of my most called contacts on one of my homescreens, but I have one picture that won't show. I have tried resizing, but all the options (large, medium, small) are greyed out so I don't have that option. Would I be better trying to resize on my pc and then uploading a new photo? All the other photos show up.

What kind of file is it? If it isn't a file Droid wil use then that could be your issue.

If it's just a .jpg file try resizing the computer and drop it on the SD card.

As Hookbill said - it could be the file type...there is also an app called "syncmypixs" which might also help you.
