holy blue problem

OK so I'm trying to flash my phone to the holy blue rom and its not working I have read through woodymans easy install guide and it wont flash over I have tried like four times to do it and nothing is happening I'm getting really frustrated cause I know I'm reading the directions right ugh please someone help

Also when I'm in the sprecovery screen and I select install it says the Droid mod which I believe is just the root right . Also my gtalk is dropkickba@Gmail.com if that would be faster for help
