hide or organize photos?

I have searched and can't find a way. I use my phone for home and work. Is there a way to separate photos or create a hidden album. I can create new albums but when i go to view it pulls up all of them. I don't really need people at work seeing pics of me and the family.

I like QuickPic and it has the options for hiding folders and choosing which ones to display.

I second this! Its so much faster then the stock gallery too.
