I spent 2 hours and $38 sunday night of a "Droid Specialist" not understanding what i was talking about. He kept telling me the same thing over and over and it did not work. I apologize for not saying the correct phone. I have the Droid X. It was slightly wet on top, but it was saved from going on the inside. the motorola screen is the only screen that comes on and it hangs there. we tried to get it to go to the system reset Sunday night but it wouldn't.

Since this is the first mention of moisture/wetness, I suggest you first try to shut down by holding the power button and volume down for at last 10 seconds. Next, place the phone into a bag of rice and leave it there for 24 hours to attempt to draw put the moisture.
