help with unistalling rom

Ok so I rooted my dx yesterday installed RubiX's custom rom completely love it but im having issues with my gmail acc atm so I need to uninstall rubixs rom and then reinstall later how would I go about doing this? Would I just to clear the cache data or would I have to use the back up I created with bootstrap?

if you made a backup before you installed, then all you need to do is restore
