Help with sending MMS?

I have tried everything; force stopping the messaging app, clearing the cache, turning off Wi-Fi, etc. but no matter what I do pictures will NOT send. I've maybe sent 2-5 successfully and I have tried many more than that. It's just stuck saying sending. Occasionally I'll get the red error sign on the message but usually it just says sending FOREVER and never goes through. I've researched the hell out of this and can't find a fix that works. I'm running stock 4.1.1 Jellybean, someone please help me!

Try using go SMS and see if the pictures go through. You can also try handcent.

Hmmm. I have no problem sending pix via text messaging.
