Help with Rom manager

So two things. I have the premium key for rom manager and for some reason when ever I go to download roms it only shows me free and not the premium roms. Any reason why that is? Or is it simply cus there aren't any yet? And 2nd every time I hit fix permissions in rm I get an error. Any clue to why that is either?

I am having a problem with Rom manager also it won't let me download the free one just the pro license one. I'm not rooted yet but that shouldn't make a difference on downloading an app from the market. It just keeps saying download of Rom manager failed and I have tried quite a few times for the last 4 hours and even restarted and battery pulled and still not able to get it.

Turn off wifi and try again. That worked for me.
