Help with recovering deleted files from Internal storage on Razr M

Hello,
was wondering if someone can help me with how to recover some very important video files I accidently deleted that were on internal storage of my Razr M. I tried undelete 360 and Asoftech, but when trying both programs, the phone does not show as a storage drive that I can select.
Am I doing something wrong?
Any advice or suggested programs would be appreciated, as the video was that of an aunt who has since past away.

Odd.. I have success with recovering from internal memory - just switch your device to removable media mode (to see drive in my computer)
interesting fact - found some photos that i didnt made
