Help with keypad "shortcuts" during texting

Not sure what I did or how it happened, but, when I am drafting a text and hit certain letters it sends me to different programs and/or functions. (When I hit "L" it goes to my calendar, "P" brings me to mp3s). Can anyone help me undo whatever I did?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
